All ad creatives are reviewed by our team within 24 to 48 hours. We verify compliance with our wellness guidelines, claim authenticity, and visual quality. You receive a confirmation email once your creative is approved.

Retreat & Be offers detailed reports including: impressions, clicks, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and ROI. You can export your data in CSV or PDF, and schedule automatic weekly or monthly reports.

To become a verified creator, go to your Profile > Settings > Request Verification. You will need to provide: a valid ID, your wellness certifications (if applicable), and links to your social media. The process typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

Earnings are calculated based on multiple criteria: premium content views (0.01€/view), advertising revenue (70% for the creator), course sales (80% for the creator), and user tips (90% for the creator). The creator dashboard displays your earnings in real time.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising Preferences. You can choose the ad categories that interest you (yoga, meditation, nutrition, etc.), limit ad tracking, or upgrade to a premium subscription without ads.

The premium subscription (9.99€/month) gives access to: all online courses and retreats, exclusive lives from verified creators, personalized 21-day programs, offline downloads, and an ad-free experience.

Click on the three dots (...) next to the content, then 'Report'. Choose the reason for the report from the proposed options. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes the necessary action.
